We give small businesses their time back.

Custom automations and dashboards that take the manual work off your team's plate.

The problem

Below the line is where the week goes.

Half the software goes unused

You're paying for tools nobody was shown how to use, so the manual workarounds never go away.

The same data gets typed twice

Whether it's re-keyed by hand or pulled from three systems into one report, every manual step costs time and invites an expensive mistake.

Simple questions take hours to answer

“How much did we sell last month?” shouldn't require building a report.

It doesn't have to be like this.

The manual work can be built away. That's what we do.

Above average.

Everything in one place.

Live numbers your team can trust — no retyping, no chasing.

Here's how we did it.

The problem
Case study

We watched the work, then took it off their plate.

The situation

A senior executive losing hours a day assembling information by hand, pulling numbers out of separate systems and stitching them together in spreadsheets. By the time it reached a meeting the numbers were often stale, and decisions were getting made on data nobody fully trusted.

The approach

We sat with him and watched the actual work before writing a single line of code. We wanted to see where the time was really going, and what a wrong number was costing the business.

The build

A desktop planning tool that pulls everything into one place. Upcoming jobs are ranked by due date, each showing the revenue at stake and any missing materials, plus a dashboard of the numbers he used to chase across separate systems.

The result
$50,000

saved a year. That's 500 hours of a senior executive's time, two hours a day.

How we work

Four steps, from the first conversation to a tool your team uses every day.

1

Discovery

We spend time with your team and watch how the work really gets done.

2

Scope

You get a short written plan and a price before we start anything.

3

Build

We check in every week, so you're never left guessing where things stand.

4

Handover

We walk your team through it, leave a training video, and cover any fixes for the first month.

Why us

You work directly with the engineer who builds it.

No layers, no telephone game. The person who understands your business is the person writing the code.

No middlemen

No account managers, no handoffs, no offshore team.

Built to last

When it breaks or needs changing in a year, the person who wrote it can fix it.

Priced up front

You know the cost before we start. No open-ended hourly billing, no surprise invoices.

Local and available

Based in Montréal, bilingual, and easy to reach when you need us.

The founder

You'll be working with me.

Above AVG is small on purpose. I sit with your team to work out where the time is going, then I go and write the code. Nobody hands you off to an account manager or an offshore team.

I'd rather spend a day watching how you actually work before I quote anything. What people describe on a call is usually not quite the real problem, and it's cheaper for both of us if I find that out first.

Not sure where your time is going?

We'll spend a day with your team and give you a written breakdown of your three biggest time drains, and what fixing each one is worth. It starts with a 30-minute call.
